DCRX Infusion's "Partnership Solutions Program™" is a program specifically designed with your clinic and staff in mind. Understanding that IDPN may be a new undertaking for your clinical staff, we have designed this program to help facilitate the process of administering this very useful and effective therapy.
We at DCRX Infusion are aware that your staff has many responsibilities to manage throughout the course of the day. We also understand that introducing a new therapy may require additional attention from your staff. Our "Partnership Solutions Program™" was designed to assist you in every step of the process from identifying patients who would benefit from the therapy, all the way through the actual administration of IDPN. By allowing us to assist you through our "Partnership Solutions Program™", each clinic can focus its attention on managing patient outcomes.
DCRX Infusion's "Parnership Solutions Program" consists of the following support systems:
- We work closely with your renal staff to assist in identify patients who would benefit from nutritional support therapy, as well as to outline expected outcomes based on the patient's medical condition and disease states, degree of malnutrition and established nutritional goals.
- Once a patient is identified, we will assist with the referral process, including the completion of all required documentation and forms, as needed. We thoroughly evaluate each patient's individual coverage and outline the specific requirements for qualification.
- A comprehensive education and training program is provided for all clinical staff is conducted prior to initial administration to include procedures for therapy administration and monitoring considerations. Our experienced and licensed staff is available for future training and staff education upon request.
- Our dedicated team will continue to support you throughout the course of therapy with weekly phone calls designed to monitor patient progress, need for further therapy or reformulation, as well as addressing any other needs that may arise.
- Licensed clinical staff are on call to respond to any change in the patient's status, including the customization of therapies, as needed. Our pharmacists, nurses and dietitians are all on call to address your needs.
